Description

This World Heritage Site comprises the spectacular ruin of a 12th century abbey and watermill, an Elizabethan mansion and one of the best surviving examples of a Georgian water garden.

Directions

4 miles west of Ripon off B6265 to Pateley Bridge, signposted from A1, 12 miles north of Harrogate (A61) Visitor Centre, Studley Lakeside and parking for less able at West Gate entrance.
