Description

St Clement's Powderham celebrated its 750th anniversary of its founding last year (2009). Founded in 1259 the Earls of Devon have worshipped here from those earliest times to the present day in their family pew. Courtenay family memorabilia can be seen in the church.

6 miles south of Exeter on A379. Before village of Kenton turn left following signs to Starcross Yacht club.
