Visit Brixham Battery Heritage Museum and grounds. A 14 acre Scheduled Monument Site consisting of both Victorian and WWII 'Emergency Coastal Artillery' remains. Meet the 'Home Guardsmen' on duty as stewards who will show you around our military museum and give you a guided tour of the WWII battery site. One of only 7 left intact out of the 116 built against threatened Nazi invasion in 1940.

Directions
From Brixham Harbour follow the South West Coast footpath signs to Battery Gardens. The Heritage Centre is at the bottom of Fishcombe Road. Motor vehicles follow signs to Fishcombe Cove from Brixham Town.
