Description
This Grade II* listed building was designed by Messrs Briggs, Wolstenholme, FB Hobbs and Arnold Thornley in the late Renaissance style and was completed in 1906. The frontage of the building was completely refurbished in 2005. Events are also taking place on the same day at Wavertree Congregational Church, Holy Trinity Church and Wavertree Lock-up nearby.

Entrance via the clock tower. There is parking at the front of the building and also on the road.
