This talk traces the history of Leeds City Museum, from its 19th century origins in the Philosophical Hall on Park Row, through the turbulent 20th century, to its present day home on Millennium Square, with tales of some of the more celebrated characters, objects and exhibitions to grace its 200 year long journey so far.
