‘Discovering the Heritage of the First World War’; hear about the University of Leeds’ ambitious ‘Legacies of War’ project, exploring the many ways in which people’s lives, in Leeds and beyond, were touched by this war. In an illustrated presentation, Professor Alison Fell will speak about some of the findings so far, and events being arranged with partner organisations, including schools. Leeds Art Gallery is home to Artspace, a family friendly creative space in the gallery. Event not suitable for children under the age of 11.
