Meet the First World War soldier character who will be on parade at the "War! 1914 Lancaster and the King's Own Regiment go to war" Exhibition (which runs from 21st June to 18th October 2014). On Thursday, as it's a school day, the soldier will tell some stories not always suitable for a family audience! On Saturday the sessions are aimed at anyone and everyone! Suitable for children of all ages and families. Meet the Soldier sessions allow children and families to learn what it was like in the First World War with some real objects for the period.

The City Museum is located in the centre of Lancaster, in Market Square, a few minutes walk from many of the city centre car parks, Lancaster railway and bus stations.
