Mockingbird, a solo exhibition by Cloth Road Artist Jan Lane in partnership with Trowbridge Museum. The exhibition features a new body of art in response to textiles from Trowbridge Museum's archive collection, on display until 27th September 2014. 'Meet The Artist' is an opportunity to come to Trowbridge Museum for a tour by Jan Lane. She will guide visitors around the exhibition, revealing her latest work. This tour is specifically for Heritage Open Days, to promote the textile heritage in Trowbridge which is held at Trowbridge Museum.

The Museum has wheel chair access by lift. Please check before you come that the lift is working. The Museum is on the 2nd floor of the old Home Mills building. The original staircase is in use which means 4 short flights of stone steps.

Additional information

Max 12 people per tour/session. No booking required, but numbers will be limited due to size of the gallery space.


Trowbridge Museum is in The Shires shopping centre with easy parking.
