Unit 3 The Argent Centre, 60 Frederick Street, Hockley, Birmingham, West Midlands, B1 3HS

Set in the Victorian pen factory of W. E. Wiley, we offer the following main activities. Displays and demonstrations of pen making with hand presses and of writing equipment and accessories. Sessions of pen making, calligraphy, Braille and local history. Tours, talks and a film to individual and group visitors. Arrangements for children and school parties include museum trails, writing sessions with quills and pens. Temporary exhibitions within the Museum on specific persons or topics. Community activities: lectures, talks, exhibitions and display. Archive and Library. Creative Work Packs (available in children's area, no charge for use). Pre-School Activities - also available for free use in children's activity area.
