Find out about the nursing past and present. A rare opportunity to see inside Mulberry House, the former Nurse's home at The Infirmary, built in the 1880's. There will also be historical tours exploring the nooks and crannies of the former hospital and opportunities to get hands-on with our collections through our mystery object quizzes. Event not suitable for children under the age of 6.

Additional information

Max 25 people per tour/session. The Infirmary enables visitors to explore the medical practices and people of this fascinating former hospital as well as providing plenty of hands-on-opportunities. Try your hand at diagnosing diseases, assembling body organs or key hole surgery. Admission to the museum is free, small charges may apply to craft events. These are offered on a drop in basis during times shown with no booking required. Family activities are suitable for young people aged 6 and above. Guided tours last between 45 - 60 minutes and are aimed at aged 8 and above. Tours are free but donations are welcome.

We are a short walk from Worcester Foregate Street train station and signposted from The Hive. Nearest car parks can be found on Croft Road and Pitchcroft Race Course.
