To mark the Centenary celebrations of D.H. Lawrence’s novel ‘Sons and Lovers’ D.H. Lawrence Heritage will be stepping back in time to 1913 with its first Vintage Arts and Craft Fair. There will be lots of affordable arts and crafts, many homemade, making the perfect addition to your home or as a gift for someone special or even yourself! If after all that you have worked up an appetite then enjoy a Vintage afternoon tea in the on-site D.H. Lawrence Bistro.

This event forms part of the annual D.H. Lawrence Festival which this year will pay homage to the writer D.H. Lawrence's classic novel Sons and Lovers, in it's centenary year. This is one a number of events which will provide access and information about the settings in this novel. Visit the D.H. Lawrence Heritage website for further details and a full Festival programme. D.H. Lawrence Heritage will be waiving its normal admission charges over the course of the weekend. Don't miss free admission to the D.H. Lawrence Birthplace Museum and D.H. Lawrence Heritage Centre along with street theatre (Sat), taster museum tours (Sat and Sun)and a Vintage Bicycle Rally (Sun).
From the M1: Take A610 towards Eastwood and follow brown heritage signs. From M1 junction 27 take A608 through Brinsley towards Eastwood. There is limited free car parking on-site at the D.H. Lawrence Heritage Centre. Map link.
