The more organisers provide us with visitor figures, details of their event organisation and feedback on our performance, the better can we celebrate our joint achievements, the more accurate our estimates and robust our post-event evaluation. So, please take a bit of time after your event is over and fill this form. Do it rather sooner than later, ideally by 1 October. From 8 September, you can also complete this form online at your Organiser Portal.

Use this survey form to capture your visitors’ demographic background, their motivation to visit and your event’s impact on their attitudes and perceptions. If your venue has sufficient capacity, please display copies at a convenient place and encourage visitors to take part in the survey. Please return all completed forms to the Heritage Open Days team by 1 October so that they can be included in the sample that will be processed by a market research company. Thank you!

An online version will be available from 8 September at the Visitor Book page of our website.
