Discover this 1961 house that was designed by the Lewes architectural practice John Schwerdt & Partners, whose larger house near Rye is Grade II listed. The choice of materials and open-plan design linking the house and garden is typical of its time. A first-floor addition designed by the current owner, Jolyon Brewis, was completed two years ago.
