400 Sandcastles for Scarborough 400
South Bay beach, Foreshore Road, Scarborough, North Yorkshire, YO11 1NU
People are invited to come along to Scarborough's South Bay to build one of 400 sandcastles, to mark 400 years since Scarborough's spa waters were discovered, leading it to become a seaside resort. Prizes will be given for the best sandcastle. Open to everyone, of all ages. Bring your own buckets and spades, pick up a numbered flag (1-400) and you are all set.
