Against all Odds - Missions that should never have been successful...
Gosport Museum & Art Gallery (GMAG), Walpole Road, Gosport, Hampshire, PO12 1NS
Your Speaker, Richard, will tell you all about these missions and their, perhaps unexpected, outcomes.
He'll also offer visitors an opportunity to chat further about these and other historical roles of the Royal Navy.
Please arrive 10 minutes early to get comfortably seated in The Roberts Room.
Author and historian Richard Jones has dedicated his life to the research of shipwrecks and other historic disasters that history may have overlooked. Over 30 years of research has resulted in an extensive archive of shipwrecks, 24 published books and 19 successful memorial campaigns, with more books due this year.
