Ancient House Lino Print Workshops

The lino printing workshops will be free bookable morning/ afternoon workshops with a capacity of 10 people per workshop. They will be led by local artist Matt Warnes, who has plenty of experience working with lino.
Visitors will be invited to take time exploring the museum at the start of the workshops to pick out objects/ features of the building to convert into a design for the lino block. There will also be pre-drawn/ traceable design options for an easier version of the workshop.
The participants will then be guided to transfer their design to a lino block, and taught how to safely carve the block so that they can then print it by the end of the workshop session!
