Join Paula Constantine for this fascinating talk on Anglo Saxon costume and clothing. Find out about the fabrics used, how they were dyed, the techniques used and much more which will bring this period to life.

Paula is an expert on Anglo Saxon costumes and textiles. This was an important period in Northumberland when there were settlements at Bamburgh, Holy Island and Yeavering Bell. She will bring the period to life, giving us an insight into everyday life and the clothes people wore.

Directions:
The Parish Centre is within the grounds of Berwick Parish Church. Go through the gates at the edge of the Parade Car Park and head towards the church. The building is on the left hand side. There will be some bunting at the entrance.
