A special exhibition on local architecture, including archived information.

Marden’s award winning Heritage Centre will have an exhibition of architecture in the area through the ages. It spans from the 15th century, right up to date with the extensive residential development in and around the village. The Heritage Centre stocks a wide range of interesting publications, highlighting properties and architectural features common to the Weald of Kent. The History Group continually liaises with property owners of Wealden timber-framed houses, in particular, to add to its extensive archive on local buildings.
