Join us for a walk full of local surprises uncovered while researching buildings and features for Broxtowe’s Local Heritage List.

Led by members of the team involved, this walk links directly to the 2026 theme of Everyday Histories by looking beyond landmark buildings to the streets, details and familiar places that have supported everyday community life. Toby Ebbs is a heritage consultant working with Broxtowe Borough Council, a senior lecturer at Nottingham Trent University and Chair of the Nottingham Historic Building Trust. Chryse Tinsley is a landscape architect, Civic Society Trustee and volunteer lead for the Local Heritage List.
