Visit our re-styled St Andrew's building, following a project to create both community and church space. Appreciate a visiting triptych then take part in a guided cycle ride visiting the Okeford Benefice churches

St Andrew's recently reopened after a ten year re-ordering project to provide facilities enabling the building to be used for both church and community. The building enjoys notable stained glass windows and a visiting triptych titled 'Enfleshed Word' by international artist Anne Grebby adorns the baptistery this autumn while the font awaits repair and relocation. Visitors will be invited to take part in cycle rides of 4-8miles to suit ability , visiting other churches in the Benefice while Teas'NeathTrees will be available outside or inside St Andrew's. Donations will go to Dorset Historic Churches Trust's Ride+Stride annual fundraising day.

Directions:
St Andrew's does not have its own car park, just a few spaces on Back Lane and Greenhayes. Please arrive by bike or bus or foot where possible. Parking for motor vehicles is limited as in village centre.

St Andrew's building is accessible to wheelchair uses and pushchairs but floor slabs are uneven in places

Additional information

St Andrew's is open to the public from 10:00-17:00. Visitors wishing to join a bike ride around other church buildings in the Okeford Benefice should book in advance to ensure availability of places.
