You may not know the name of Francis Asbury but he is a significant historical character in 18th century American history, bought up in Great Barr just a few miles from the centre of West Bromwich and leaving for his American adventure never to return aged 26. Discover his fascinating story for yourself.

The cottage is on a very busy main road, parking is on nearby side streets. The cottage is next to the Malt Shovel pub if you want to stop for refreshments. Please note there are no facilities on site
