Blandford Fashion Museum is based in a Georgian house designed and built by the Bastard Brothers after the Great Fire of Blandford in 1731 to house their sisters. Lime Tree House now holds the Fashion Museum’s eclectic collection, ranging from Georgian costumes to the 1970s. The current main exhibitions include a 1960s Youthquake display and a stunning wedding dress collection as well as a number of other fabulous displays of costumes, textiles and accessories. The Museum has a pretty, award winning, traditional tearoom, which is dog friendly.
