Learn about the history of Borley Church by taking one of our guided tours. Enjoy refreshments provided by Borley Bakes whilst soaking up the atmosphere and beautiful views across the Stour Valley, an area of outstanding natural.

In addition to enjoying the displays in Borley Churchyard, you can take a tour of the church and grounds to learn about this historic listed building. Dominated by the Waldegrave tomb this small rural church is full of interesting features, including an original altar slab which should have been destroyed in the 1540s but was uncovered during renovations 400 years later, and is still in use today.

The church is full of light with stained glass windows on the east, south and west sided and is a quiet place to rest in this noisy world.

The entrance to the church has a shallow step and a ramp. Refreshments will be served including tea/coffee, cakes and savouries. Parking is behind the church and will be signposted.
