Join us at Bromwich Hall, dating from the 1270s and once the home of the Lord of the Manor of West Bromwich. Explore the house at your own pace and enjoy a short introductory talk at 12.30pm and 2.30pm. Discover our Medieval myth busting trail.

Bromwich Hall is a remarkable survival in the Black Country landscape. The earliest parts of the building date from the 1270s with additions in the 1400s and 1500s. The site was once the home of the Lords of the Manor of West Bromwich and more recently has been a pub and restaurant. Discover 750 years of stories at one of the most important buildings in the West Midlands conurbation.

Directions:
Just a couple of miles outside the centre of West Bromwich, there is free parking on site. Please note only the great hall is accessible for those with mobility problems.

Accessibility details

Due to the nature of the site access is restricted for those with mobility issues. The great hall is accessible via ramp at the rear of the building. You can access a virtual tour on our website or via QR code on site.

Additional information

There are basic refreshments in our tearoom such as hot and cold drinks, crisps and biscuits. You are welcome to bring a picnic to enjoy in the grounds.
