Visiting exhibitions in the Village hall, Native American Woodland cultures from Canada and the United States and Romany Gypsy culture. Spencer's heritage yard will be open on the Moorend, with renovated top floor.

The WI room will have the Romany Gypsy exhibition and a chance of paper flower making.

In the main hall a collection relating to Native people from the Woodland regions of America and Canada, an opportunity to see a rare and unique collection. At Spencer's Yard there is a reconstructed cottage and outbuildings, furnished and detailing village life in peak district during mid-18th century. Costumed interpreters.

Early Victorian shepherd's hut on display with shepherds tools and artifacts of the time. Old local shepherds smock, kindly recently donated, on display in the Victorian Shepherd hut from the same date late 19th century.

Partial wheelchair access due to steps, slopes and uneven surfaces. very uneven at Spencer's yard. Toilets available at the village hall and baby change, disabled gradient path to door Parking in local field, this will be sign posted

Additional information

Tea and cake will be available for a charge in the village hall. The chance to make a paper flower in the Romany Gypsy way Anyone who cannot walk along way need to be aware that Spencer's yard is further down the village. Markers will be out in the village.
