Chesham is famous for its 'Bs' - Beer, Boots, Brushes and Baptists. A busy, industrial town in the Victorian era, the industries of brewing, boot & shoe making and brush making gave rise to successful family businesses that spanned generations. Many of these local business giants now reside in Chesham Cemetery.
Come on a guided tour of Chesham Cemetery and learn about some of the inhabitants who played major roles in making Chesham an industrial powerhouse, nestled in the beautiful Bucks countryside. Gather at the Berkhampstead Road entrance for the start of the walk.
The tour is being run by the Friends of Chesham Cemetery and Chesham Town Council.

Some of the footpaths in the cemetery are uneven. Access to specific graves is across uneven, rough ground and up slopes.
