Commissioner's House Taster Tour

Built in 1704 for Captain George St Lo, The Commissioner’s House was the official residence of the Dockyard Commissioner. Following a 13 month restoration, this extraordinary house has been carefully restored with exceptional attention to detail. Explore the newly restored rooms, uncover the stories hidden within its walls and see the incredible craftsmanship that has brought this 300-year-old Georgian home back to life. Step inside the brand-new orangery and get closer to the magnificent ceiling painting from HMS Royal Sovereign than ever before.

The 30 minute taster tour will share the stories behind the restoration and reveal hidden details you might otherwise miss.
