Were you aware that Wolverton Cemetery contains the graves of 9 WW1 and WW2 casualties under the care of the Commonwealth War Graves Commission? On this tour you will be able to hear their stories and find out about the history of the CWGC.

As part of Heritage Open Days, please join us for a Commonwealth War Graves Commission (CWGC) guided tour of Wolverton Cemetery to hear about the lives of the nine casualties buried here from the First World War and the Second World War, many of whom were from the Wolverton area. You will also hear about the history and work of the CWGC, the organisation set up by Royal Charter in 1917 to ensure that the men and women who died in the service of their country will be remembered for ever more.
