Community Nature Recovery

The Swan Hotel, 19 The Thoroughfare, Harleston, Norfolk, IP20 9AS

  • Multiple dates available
  • In person
  • Pre-booking not required

An exhibition celebrating 'natures architects' and charting the evolution of community nature recovery from idea to a concept which has been adopted across the country.

From intricate spider webs and birds nests to delicate plants and grand tress, the natural world is filled with remarkable examples of architectural prowess. Nature’s architects have evolved to create structures that serve various purposes, including shelter, protection, and reproduction.

This exhibition forms the centre stage for the local theme of 'Natures Architects'. Follow the growth of how the local community came together to progress the simple idea of community involvement as a grass routes movement to adoption by the local town council, endorsement and encouragement by the District Council and rollout to other parts of the country.
