Community Spaces, Community Places - West Ham & Plaistow Heritage Walk
West Ham Memorial Ground, 25 Ronald Avenue, London, Greater London, E15 3 AH
You will meet the walk leaders at West Ham Tube station, who will share stories from community research of people associated with our stops, which include West Ham Memorial Ground, Grassroots Community Centre, East Ham Cemetery, Hermit Park and Star Lane Park. The walk will end at Canning Town Tube station, with an optional onward stop southwards to St Luke's Recreational Ground. A map will be provided.
This is a walk in an urban area, with some narrow pavements and uneven surfaces. Please note there will be a loo stop at the end of the walk, but there are no publicly accessible toilets on the route itself.

Accessibility details
This is a guided walk in streets and green places. Some of the pavements will be narrow and paving stones uneven. There will be coffee stop at the end for toilets and refreshments.
