A behind the scenes tour to discover how that book you reserved ends up at your local branch. Browse the shelves of the largest publicly owned book collection in North-East England with the opportunity to scan and issue your own books.

Sevenhills, Unit 1, Greenhills Business Park, Enterprise Way, Spennymoor, County Durham, DL16 6JB

Directions:

From north, south and east, turn off the A167 at the Coach and Horses roundabout, signposted Green Lane Industrial estate. Take the second left onto Green Lane Ind Est/ Meadowfield Avenue. Follow the road and take the first right onto Dean Lane/Enterprise Way, signposted on the left with a small white sign DCC Sevenhills. From the west, turn left off the A688 at the roundabout, after Spennymoor (before Thinford), signposted Council Offices. At the next roundabout turn right onto Eve Lane. At the following roundabout turn left onto Arlington Way. At the junction turn left onto Meadowfield Avenue. Take the first right onto Dean Lane/Enterprise Way. As the road bends left, take the sharp right through the grey metal gates signed, ‘Greenhills Business Park’ sign. Park in the carpark on the right. Take care walking through the carpark and over the crossing to the Sevenhills building.
