Curzon Cinema on George Street is a boutique, three screen cinema. Our building dates back to 1793 and was a bank from 1831 until the 1990's. While the ground and first floor have been fully refurbished (retaining dozens of original features) the old bank vaults beneath were left mostly unchanged. The tour will be led by the cinema's manager who has worked there since the renovation. There is no access for wheelchairs I am afraid.

Accessibility details
Because the area has not been renovated it is not accessible to wheelchairs and there is no lift access either. Access is via a full staircase. There is one area of uneven ground that will be signposted.
