CWGC Tours 2025 - Kempston Cemetery
Green End Road, Kempston, Bedford, Bedfordshire, MK43 8RJ
Kempston Cemetery is the final resting place for 27 service personnel from the First World War and 37 from the Second. They include Australian, Canadian, New Zealand and Polish Army, Navy and Air Force casualties, as well as those from the UK, many who are local to the Kempston and Bedford area. On this tour we will look into some of their stories as well as talking about the history of the CWGC, the organisation that cares for the 1.7 million from Britain and the Commonwealth who fell in the First and Second World Wars at more than 23,000 locations across 153 countries and territories around the world.
