There are 2 memorials to the civilians who died in the blitz in World War 2 and a mass grave for those reburied from St Mary's Church, which was bombed and destroyed in 1940. The cemetery contains 200 war graves from both World Wars, including some private memorials, 2 blocks of CWGC headstones and 182 scattered headstones.
