Dartington Morris are once again hosting an annual Day of Morris Dancing in Totnes, on Saturday 12 September 2026.

As part of the 2026 Heritage Open Days Festival, Dartington Morris are hosting a day of Morris Dancing.

There will be around a dozen Morris sides on display, starting at 10:30am and finishing at around 4:15pm. Nine Devon sides will be joined by three sides from Cornwall, together with Thaxted (Essex) Morris Men and Belles of London City.

On display will be a colourful and lively mixture of Cotswold Morris, Border Morris and North-West Clog. The teams will be dancing at various locations such as Rotherfold, Guildhall, St Mary's Church, Vire Island and the Plains throughout the day and this year they will dance in Totnes Castle!

There will be free entry to the castle for the day.
