Educating Isaac -visiting the Old Tudor Grammar School attended by Isaac Newton and many others
The Old School, Church Street, GRANTHAM, Lincolnshire, NG31 6RR
The school was re-founded by Bishop Richard Fox under his will of 1528. This Tudor building has stone walls supporting a timber-framed roof of Collyweston slates. The Old School contains items relating to Isaac Newton and there will be a display of other photographs, minute books and memorabilia. A small bookstall of local books will also be run by Grantham Civic Society.
