View glimpses of everyday life over the last 100 years in Stotfold through a variety of black and white photographs. From school & group photos, then & now pictures of various locations, shops and businesses, and snapshots of family life.

To celebrate Stotfold’s every day histories during Heritage Open Days there will be an exhibition held in the Cemetery Chapel on Saturday 19th September, from 10.00am till 12.00noon.

Thanks to some of the enterprising residents locally you can come and leaf through lots of photographs from the 30’s, 40’s and 50’s, and beyond, see how Stotfold has changed over the last century, and hopefully spot one of your relatives.

Stotfold Town Council has a treasure trove of copies of old photographs depicting life as it was nearly a hundred years ago. Some people have been identified already and we would love to know more about our residents' lives.

Learn about the history of the Cemetery and Chapel and then take a walk through our lovely peaceful grounds

Drop in from 10.00am, take a look inside our historic chapel and hear about it's history, see some of our fascinating photographs from Stotfold's past and it's free entry.
