Everyday Lives of the Royal Hampshire Regiment exhibition
Royal Hampshire Regiment Museum, Serles House, Southgate Street, Winchester, Hampshire, SO23 9EG
This exhibition draws on our objects and archive to tell the untold story of the everyday lives of men of the Hampshires. Whilst major battles, conflicts and the stories of 'Great Men' dominate our understanding of military history, in this exhibition we look at the mundane, the ordinary and the everyday to bring the soldiers of the Regiment to life in a really human way.
