An exhibition of over 500 original pieces of art by 14 artists – the culmination of a year-round project where each artist has produced a new piece of work over 40 weeks. The event takes place at Worcester Arts Collective in the heart of Worcester.

EVOLVE is an art exhibition, the culmination of a year-long art project comprising 14 artists who have each spent the past 12 months making an original piece of art over a 40 week period.

The project is a follow-up to the 2025 project ‘REVOLVE’ and has run on the same premise – to encourage exploration and experimentation within the artists' practice. Many different themes and ideas have been explored in a variety of media. Some artists have worked on the same theme throughout the year, others have treated it as a way to learn a new process or just experiment and push the boundaries of their practice. The resultant works are a fascinating insight into how each artist works and sees the world.

Worcester Arts Collective is a thriving community of artists based in the heart of Worcester. We organise exhibitions and events, provide workshop and gallery space, and support creative initiatives that empower local artists. We are dedicated to supporting and showcasing local artists, fostering creativity, and making art accessible to all. Our charitable aims are to reach as many people and places as possible, working with local organisations on creative projects that enrich the city’s cultural life.
