Could you have survived life in the Knutsford Workhouse?

Step into the shoes of a workhouse inmate and discover the realities of everyday life through a series of hands-on activities. Learn about the food people ate, the work they were expected to do, the education children received, and the strict rules and punishments that shaped life inside the workhouse. An engaging and interactive experience for families and visitors of all ages.
