A chance to explore Blakesley Hall, a fine Tudor house and beautiful gardens built in 1590 by Richard Smalbroke, a member of one of Birmingham’s leading merchant families.

Celebrating Heritage Open Days; visit Blakesley Hall, a fine Tudor house and beautiful gardens built in 1590 by Richard Smalbroke, a member of one of Birmingham’s leading merchant families. Entrance to the Hall is free for this day only!

We are operating a timed entrance to the Hall. Please pre-book your ticket to avoid disappointment as we cannot guarantee tickets will be available on the door.

Blakesley Hall and grounds are open from 11.00am to 4.00pm, with the last timed entrance to the Hall at 3.00pm.

Birmingham Museums Trust is a registered charity and money raised through events like this help us care for beautiful buildings like Blakesley Hall.

Please note although the grounds and Visitor Centre are fully accessible, there is no access to the first floor of the Hall for wheelchair users. Interpretation and images of the first floor are provided.
