Visitor or resident alike, all will agree that walking around Norwich means that you are immersed in history every day.

This tour will introduce you to some of the history of our fine city. Starting at the 21st century building, The Forum, your guide will lead you through the city centre to your destination in the vicinity of the 11th century cathedral. On the way you will learn about significant buildings, streets and events that tell the story of Norwich. You will also hear about the lives of the people who have lived here over the centuries.

Accessibility details

Suitable for older children and above. Mostly level easy walking, although the section on Elm Hill is not ideal for wheelchair or walking aid users.
