Open Weekend Opportunity to explore Freemasons' Hall, Chesterfield including the main lodge room. Various items of regalia etc will be on display telling the story of freemasonry in Chesterfield since 1762. Members on hand to answer any questions

The building, dating from 1877, is acknowledged as one of the hidden gems in Chesterfield town centre - its unassuming exterior, hides some outstanding interior features, including the ornate staircase and culminating in the impressive lodge room. The open weekend provides a chance to find out more about freemasonry in general and in particular - the history of freemasonry in Chesterfield, its different lodges and ceremonies.
