Step into history with Elmbridge Museum’s interactive pop-up at Riverhouse Barn. Explore local history through engaging, hands-on exhibits perfect for curious minds of all ages. Don’t just view history - touch it, explore it, and bring it to life!

The Elmbridge Museum is a dynamic local heritage service dedicated to uncovering and sharing the rich history of the Elmbridge borough, spanning an impressive 15,000 years.
Rather than being housed in a traditional, single museum building, it operates primarily as an innovative "outreach" or pop-up museum. While its administrative base and a permanent display space are located at the Civic Centre in Esher, the museum actively brings history directly into local communities by touring temporary exhibitions, workshops, and hands-on displays across various local venues, libraries, and arts centres.
