Goole - St Joseph's RC Church
St. Josephs Catholic Church, Pasture Road, Goole, East Riding of Yorkshire, DN14 6EZ
The church completed construction in 1913 and was described in the local paper as "one of imposing architecture of a striking character. The style is Gothic, treated in a modern spirit. It is built of handmade bricks showing excellent workmanship on the part of builders"
The interior has many interesting features including the Stations of the Cross, the Baptismal Font and statues including St. Joseph and the Virgin Mary. The Immaculately designed altar area is an valuable asset to the Church.
