‘Graveyard Shift’ An Artist’s Walk and talk event
St Martin's Church, Cathedral Close, Exeter, Devon, EX1 1EZ
Caroline Wilkins will be hosting an artist’s walk from St. Martin’s church to a local graveyard. The walk will start with a reading from her ‘Graveyard Shift’ diary, which was written when Caroline was a guest artist in a graveyard in West Cornwall for a calendar year. She will then lead a walk and talk session to visit a local graveyard as we discuss the significance of these green spaces for personal remembrance but also for collective grief.
Caroline is interested in the ways we can use these spaces for community projects.
