Join local Lincolnshire Theatre Makers Evangeline Henderson & Ryan Gilmartin for a unique creative experience under the Transported gazebo in Boston during Heritage Open Day weekend! Free, drop-in, family friendly.

Step into the past and explore a box full of treasures, artifacts, and curious objects collected from across the area. From farming to seaside souvenirs, this eclectic collection tells the tale of our town's heritage.
But something is missing…
We invite you to become a detective! Take a close look inside the box — what’s there, what’s not, and what do you think should be part of Boston’s story? Maybe it’s something personal to you: a place, a memory, a tradition?
Once you’ve made your discovery, use our art tools to design your own missing artifact!
Sketch it or mould it & then stick it in our box — your creation will become part of a growing display, celebrating the many voices that make Boston unique.
Perfect for all ages, this drop-in activity is open throughout the day and is free to take part in. Whether you're a lifelong local or new to the area, we’d love to hear what matters the most to you about Boston.
What will you put in the box?
