Guildford Voices: Guildford Stories

We're capturing first-hand evidence of peoples' stories through memories, objects, and documentation. It could be a hidden or overlooked story of working people and their daily lives, or an extraordinary act or event that has shaped a particular community or place – we would be interested to hear and learn about them.
Come along and tell us your story of the people you know or bring a written summary of your story for us to read. If you are aware of objects, photographs, letters or newspaper cuttings related to the person that illustrates or gives life to your story, we would like to see them. However we will not collect or take them at this stage.
Following these sessions and further research there is a possibility of your stories entering our collection or being on temporary public display or even contributing to an exhibition that celebrates the everyday lives of Guildford people.
