The Halesworth U3A Local History Group invite you to a heritage history hub at The Magickal Emporium, Halesworth. We will be based in a beautiful building and fascinating and welcoming shop

The Magickal Emporium at 1 The Market Place is a building of great historical significance and the place to engage in all things magickal, from dragons to angels, guides, portals and witchcraft. The U3A Local History Group will be based here from 15-20 September during Heritage Open Days to present local history information and material, displays, talks, workshops and events based on the theme of everyday working lives. Items include a Who Do You Think You Are? family history workshop, a talk on the history of Witchcraft in Halesworth, a chance to experience the Halesworth History Map and a talk on the female entrepreneurs of 19th century Halesworth.
