Hard Hat Tours at 2-4 Market Place, Caistor

Be among the first to step inside 2–4 Market Place as part of Heritage Open Days 2025. This exclusive guided tour takes you behind the scenes of one of Caistor’s most historic buildings, currently undergoing a major restoration. Discover the stories behind its past and get a first look at its future as a community and business hub.

Time: Public tours at 1300 (now fully booked), 1400 (now fully booked), 1500 and 1600
Location: 2–4 Market Place, Caistor, Lincolnshire
Cost: Free – booking essential

Tours will last approximately 40 minutes and will take place on an operational building site.

Please Note:
- PPE (hard hat and high-vis vest) will be provided.
- Sturdy, closed-toe footwear required.
- No loose clothing (e.g. long skirts, scarves).
- Expect uneven floors, stairs, and construction areas.

Parking/arrival: Please meet 15 minutes before your tour is due to start at Southdale Car Park, Caistor, Market Rasen, LN7 6NX. A member of the 2-4 team will meet you there and walk with you to 2-4.

Booking is essential: Places are limited to 10, and tours are expected to fill quickly. Only those with a confirmed booking will be admitted. Age restrictions: Due to health and safety requirements, tours are only suitable for visitors aged 16 and over. Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult. Cancellations: If you are no longer able to attend, please cancel your booking so that your place can be offered to someone else. Weather: Tours will take place rain or shine. Please dress appropriately.
